Highly recommend this service. They managed to take our highly complex requirements and translate them into a modern, beautifully polished product with stunning speed.
Hauntingly Beautiful.
Dramatically Historic.
Unapologetically Original.
A Space Unlike Any Other!
Pressed tin ceilings, Antique hardwood floors.
Sturdy vintage pillars carrying nearly a hundred
years of Lubbock history.
Built in 1928, The Historic Baker Building has been the backdrop to generations of stories from a grand furniture store and bustling USO hall to the first home of the Lubbock Symphony and one of West Texas’ most beloved event venues.
With almost a century of gatherings behind us, we’ve hosted soldiers and sweethearts, weddings and whispers, legends and laughter and now, it’s your turn.
A wraparound mezzanine, grand ballroom, and our signature Baker Blue create an atmosphere that is rich, romantic, and unforgettable. Every detail reflects the beauty of a building shaped by time, where history, character, and elegance come together in a way that feels entirely its own.
At The Baker, every celebration is thoughtfully tailored to your vision, with custom packages, trusted vendor connections, and personalized support along the way.
